TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

We are looking for a versatile technician with a high standard for craftsmanship:

* Drywall Specialist:
Intermediate skills required-you must be able to float, texture, and match finishes perfectly.

* Plumbing Proficiency:
Capable of troubleshooting systems, replacing toilets, and installing faucets or supply lines.

* Electrical Fundamentals: A strong understanding of residential systems, including fixtures, switches, and outlets.

* General Trades:
Skilled in carpentry, flooring repairs, millwork, tilework, basic masonry, and alarm systems.

* Independent Project Management:
The ability to take a defined scope of work and drive it to completion without constant supervision.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Experience:

2 years of solid residential maintenance history.

* The Essentials:
Must have your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.

* Tech-Friendly:
Comfortable using mobile apps to navigate your workday.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

* Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour.

* Performance Pay: 7% Performance-Based Compensation increment.

* Gas Stipend:
Up to $150/week to keep you moving.
