Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

• Pay:
  Potential earnings $70,000 - $150,000+/annually (uncapped commission + overtime eligible)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm OR Monday
  - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm, Wednesday – Saturday 8:00am – 7:00pm OR Sunday
  - Wednesday 8:00am – 7:00pm
• No on call

• Run on average 4-5 maintenance and/or service calls daily
• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
• Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning.
• Deliver 5-star while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Other duties as assigned
