As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Loading, unloading, and moving pallets, bins, and products throughout the warehouse.
• Climbing on and off forklifts repeatedly during the workday.
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Maintaining awareness of your surroundings and following all warehouse safety procedures.
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Adapting to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and focus while performing repetitive tasks.
