• Active PEL (Professional Educator License) required
• Previous experience in a school-based social work role preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations
• Understanding of advocacy, crisis intervention, and relevant educational laws and practices

• Provide direct social work services and interventions to students and families
• Assess student needs and develop individualized support plans in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to student evaluations
• Serve as a liaison connecting families to community resources
• Partner with fellow social workers in the district to enhance service delivery and share best practices
• Facilitate small group and individual sessions to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in accordance with district guidelines
