Hourly Family Assistant
- Plainfield
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Friday: 5:00pm-11:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 12 hours each day, flexible
Pay: $21.35/hr
Responsibilities- Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have own reliable transportation
