We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support a 3-month project focused on A/R analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close. This role is ideal for someone with strong A/R experience who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment and help improve reporting accuracy and cash flow visibility.

• Analyze open Accounts Receivable, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies
• Compare and reconcile multiple A/R reports; track variances and changes
• Research aged receivables and drive follow-up to reduce outstanding balances
• Support bad debt reserve calculations and write-off processes
• Assist with month-end close: A/R reporting, explanations, adjustments, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Recommend improvements to A/R processes, procedures, and systems
• Partner with internal departments and external contacts to resolve issues
• Perform additional A/R duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with large ERP systems;
  People Soft preferred
• Blackline experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of general ledger accounting

• Shift: 1st shift
• Hours: 7:30AM–4:00PM
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Environment: Standard office setting

$30–$45 per hour
