* Schedule Appointments:
Coordinate and maintain appointment calendars to keep operations running smoothly.

* Organize Files:
Keep physical and digital files well-maintained for quick and easy access.

* Prepare Documents:
Create reports, memos, and other paperwork efficiently to support daily business needs.

* Greet Visitors:
Welcome guests professionally, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

* Manage Supplies:
Monitor and reorder office supplies to ensure the team is well-equipped at all times.

* Support Administration:
Assist management and team members with general administrative tasks to keep workflows seamless.

* Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
Input data accurately, ensuring records are precise and compliant.

* Coordinate Meetings:
Arrange meetings, handle logistics, and take comprehensive minutes.

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office admin is a plus

* Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred

* Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
