Administrative Assistant
On‑Site: M‑F 7:30am-4pm
Hourly Rate: $27.10 + Bonus
About the RoleIngram Micro is one of the world's largest technology distributors, supporting top vendors, resellers, and enterprises across the globe. We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to department leaders, managers, and cross‑functional teams.
What You'll Do- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and departmental events.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and expense report processing.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Draft and manage correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal communications on behalf of department leaders.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Coordinate activities and communications between departments and outside partners, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain knowledge of business unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in administrative support.
- Support ad hoc projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed across the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of general administrative experience, or 2+ years of functional experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to create polished documents and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and confident in interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Self-starter who works effectively under moderate supervision and knows when to seek guidance on new or complex assignments.
- Comfortable with semi-routine work while recognizing when situations require flexibility or deviation from standard procedures.
