Pay Range: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience

• Drafting correspondence
• Scheduling appointments (internally and for off-site patient appointments)
• Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
• Creating spreadsheets and reports
• Working with patient consults
• Auditing consults and grievance logs/roll-up reports
• Working extensively with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or office experience required
• Experience with medical terminology
• Good communication and organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, and accurate typing skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs preferred
• Appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
