• Partner with other preschool teachers to deliver TLE’s proprietary, play-based curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment where curiosity and creativity flourish.
• Maintain classroom safety, organization, and compliance with all health and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with team members to build a fun, inclusive culture for staff and families.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s learning, growth, and milestones.

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred
