AR & Customer Account Coordinator
Location: Plainfield, IN
Schedule: Full-Time, In Office
Pay: $24/hour
We re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Account Coordinator to support our service operations team. This role serves as a key connection between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure service requests, documentation, and customer communications are handled efficiently and accurately.

What You ll Do- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal departments
- Process work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Support invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable activities
- Monitor service activity and assist with reporting and tracking metrics
- Assist with administrative projects and operational support tasks
- Help ensure a positive customer experience through timely communication and follow-up
- Primarily Remote (Transitioning to Hybrid)
- Initial training may include occasional in-person meetings
- Expected to transition to a hybrid schedule of approximately three in-office days per week once a permanent office location is established
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, account coordination, or related experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Experience in a service-based, construction, industrial, environmental, or field service industry
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable processes
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- $24/hour
