Key Responsibilities:

* Follow lesson plans left by the primary classroom teacher.

* Maintain a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment.

* Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, and designated school areas.

* Encourage student engagement and foster positive teacher-student interactions.

* Leave notes or summary reports for the returning primary teacher.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required (College coursework or Bachelor's degree preferred).

* Certification:
Valid Substitute Teaching Certificate, OR the ability/eligibility to obtain one upon hire. (We can guide you through the application process!)

* Background Check:
Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.

* Skills:

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a desire to help students succeed.
