Our client is a large U.S. electric power organization serving approximately 7.4 million customers across six states in the Southeast and Midwest, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and listed on the Fortune 500. We have partnered with the organization for over nine years across development, infrastructure, project management, ERP, and support roles, with strong consultant feedback and no set contract length limitations.

Rate: $25.00 to $30.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Create, edit, and maintain telecommunications engineering documents using Adobe XD, Visio, AutoCAD, Micro Station
, and/or other documentation platforms. - Perform telecommunications documentation support for regional projects.
- Use the organization’s documentation management system to store and manage telecom documents, including check-in, check-out, and attribute revisions.
- Plan, organize, estimate, schedule, and monitor work to meet business goals and objectives.
- Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches for field teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while advancing independence and skill breadth.
- Experience creating and editing engineering documents, with telecom engineering documentation experience a plus.
- Experience with engineering document creation, revision, and support using Adobe, Visio, Micro Station, or AutoCAD.
- Experience with construction engineering documentation (preferred).
- Experience in technical writing, training, or developing job aids (preferred).
- Understanding of basic project management principles (preferred).
- Associate degree with two or more years of engineering documentation management experience, or a high school diploma with four or more years of engineering documentation management experience.
