As a Staffing Coordinator, you will develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will schedule nursing services objectively, plan and schedule staff for nursing units to assure resident care, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.
Do You Have What It Takes?- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Active and in‑good‑standing Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience
- Strong sense of personal organization and time management
- Impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel - Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
