Maintain and track medication inventory by sorting, placing, and storing freight; restock and replenish medications; report low stock levels and ensure stock rotation on a first-in, first-out basis to assist shrinkage control;
Assist in inventory cycle counts and physical counts for inventories;
Create reports and maintain documentation for example files, manuals, forms, records, supplies, and communications; identify and resolve discrepancies in records;
Fulfill prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist in an automated central fill pharmacy; use scanner to identify product, verify size/strength, expiration date, lot numbers, labeling; prepare packages and distribute medications in a fast-paced production environment;
Maintain pharmacy systems and technology including inventory systems and automated counting machines; troubleshoot pill cell issues and ensure timely delivery and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
