Compensation: $127,000 Base Salary + 15% Bonus Opportunity
What You’ll Do as Human Resources ManagerAs the Human Resources Manager, you’ll serve as the primary HR leader for the facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and compliance initiatives. This position plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with operational objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

- Driving recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiati
- Coaching managers and supervisors on performance management, leadership development, and employee engagem
- Managing performance review processes, succession planning, and talent development progr
- Supporting compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiati
- Analyzing workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable soluti
- Leading training and development programs to improve leadership effectiveness and employee capabil
- Partnering with Safety, Operations, and Corporate HR teams to support a safe and productive work environm
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting large hourly work forces in a fast-paced operational enviro
- Demonstrated success coaching leaders and influencing business decisions through an HR lens
- Experience managing investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee develo
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal s
