Compensation: $127,000 Base Salary + 15% Bonus Opportunity

What You’ll Do as Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll serve as the primary HR leader for the facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and compliance initiatives. This position plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with operational objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting large hourly work forces in a fast-paced operational enviro
  • Demonstrated success coaching leaders and influencing business decisions through an HR lens
  • Experience managing investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee develo
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal s
