Position: Supply Chain Specialist - 10:00AM to 6:30PM
Job Details
Late Morning Shift 10:00AM to 6:30PM. Salary: $19 - $20 per hour. Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends required. Daily overtime available up to 2 hours as desired. Position hosted by Anna Burk.
This is a permanent role for a Medical Supply Chain Specialist. You will manage all aspects of the medical supply chain, from receiving to shipping.

Responsibilities
Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing all medical supplies and equipment.Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure the best pricing and delivery schedules.Implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Utilize freight management systems to track shipments and resolve any issues that arise.Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to medical supply chain management.Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance metrics.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.Handle any supply chain issues that arise, such as delays in delivery, damage to goods, etc.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical or tech services industry.Proven experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.Strong analytical skills to interpret supply chain data and make informed decisions.Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.We encourage you to apply if you are a dedicated, results‑driven professional passionate about supply chain management.
