Base pay range$15.00/hr – $22.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesAssist in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues such as roof leaks or power outages to management.
Ensure clean and sanitary facilities, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots per company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Perform tasks such as emptying waste receptacles and recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and showers, vacuuming carpets, spot‑cleaning, cleaning electronic devices (microwaves, windows, air conditioners, ducts, ceiling tiles), and recognizing additional cleaning needs.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes.
Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners. Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to changes and learn from feedback.

- Driving large trucks
- Speaking in both English and Spanish languages
- Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain one
