DHL Supply Chain is hiring General Manager I – Distribution. Join a global leader in contract logistics. The role is 1st shift, Monday‑Friday, with annual pay $140,000 and annual bonus potential.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods accurately.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, fostering a strong team culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Use WMS, automation, and technology to track inventory and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost‑effective services in accordance with commercial agreements.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels to inform decision‑making.
• Lead customer relationships, maintaining daily contact for strong connections and satisfaction.
• Responsible for the site's P&L, directly influenced by customer relationships.
• Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (M /Q ) to customers, leveraging team collaboration.

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience (required)
• 2+ years experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment (required)
• Experience in 3PL and/or Contract Logistics (preferred)
• Staff management (required) P&L management (preferred)
• Project management (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience (preferred)
