As Store Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the business, including:
  • Building and developing a high-performing team
  • Coaching service advisors and technicians
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Managing daily shop operations
  • Driving sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity
  • Monitoring key performance indicators including car count, ARO, close ratio, gross profit, and technician productivity
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing future leaders
  • Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Creating a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
We're searching for someone who has:
  • Previous automotive management experience
  • Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge
  • Leadership skills that inspire others
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • A passion for developing employees
  • The ability to make sound business decisions
  • A valid driver's license
  • High integrity and a strong work ethic

  • ASE Certifications
  • Experience managing a high-volume automotive repair facility
  • Experience reading financial reports and managing profitability
