Keep all assembly and sub-assembly lines fully stocked with the necessary components and packaging to complete daily orders.
Maintain a clean, clear work area and walkway at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Adhere to all posted and/or trained safety and work rules.
- Stage build lines with the correct work orders by due date and/or attainment schedules.
- Maintain fully stocked bins in the FB Cell staging area to minimize downtime due to component issues.
- Communicate with the Receiving Warehouse to ensure all components needed to fill bins are readily available in the FB Cell.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by removing scrap corrugated material.
- Ensure all trash is removed from the work area at the end of each workday.
- Perform all cycle counts needed as directed by the Assembly Supervisor.
- Notify Assembly Supervisor of all component related or employee related issues immediately.

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers at all levels of the organization.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and use or learn to use Net Suite software.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of manufacturing assembly experience.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out and deliver instructions in written, verbal or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standard situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Trunk rotation from side to side with up to 25 lbs. at arm’s length 180 degrees is required frequently. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Requires above average dexterity and hand and eye coordination.
