Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rotational Molding Leader located in Plainfield, IN. The Rotational Molding Leader will oversee the daily shift operations of the rotational molding process, ensuring quality control, timely production schedules, and efficient workflow management. Responsibilities also include coordinating with engineering and troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor the production team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Rotational Molding processes and operations is a plus
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Knowledge of quality control and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to coordinate with engineering.
• Familiarity with safety and manufacturing standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus
