We are currently looking for a Sr. Parts Planner to join our Parts Planning Team. This is a hybrid position: 3 days per week onsite.

As a Sr. Parts Planner you will:
- Create service part numbers in CAMBAR and update planning factors in DRP.
- Create part numbers in Oracle.
- Create bills of material.
- Review planned orders, verifiy demand and forecast accuracy, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Load the MPS and run a material requirement plan for assigned products using the MRP.
- Approve planned orders, reschedules and cancellations.
- Review excess and obsolete inventory and render disposition.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve parts-related issues (e.g., wrong parts, quantity errors).
- Coordinate component repair with the Repair Depot and off-site suppliers.
- Establishes MSRP for out of warranty whole unit repair, exchanged parts, and service parts.
- Place orders for parts based on initial parts forecast.
- Analyze historical data and sales forecasts to determine first order quantity for parts.
- Plan for and procures boxes for damaged new products.
- Identify and communicate problem part numbers to be cycle counted.
- Provides forecast for parts procurement.
Your background and experience should include:
- At least 4 years of previous planning expereince
- Completion of an undergraduate program (B.A or B.S.)
- Previous experience working with a global supply chain strongly preferred
- SAP planning experience strongly preferred
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $68,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
