Position Title: Production Associate 2nd Shift

Salary Range: $21.75 per hour (includes a $1.00 shift differential)

Matrix: H-20. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

• Responsible for the assembly of pool cover products. May be responsible for cutting, cross seaming, webbing, or stitching. Focus on producing a quality product.
• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as heat-seal welding, kit-building, light fabrication, cutting, and sewing is encouraged but not required.
• Punctual and detail-oriented.
• Experience using power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines.
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components (e.g., thermoformed steps, structural foam molding of polymer panels).

• 0-3 years’ experience in machine operation of semi-automated machines and the use of hand tools.
• 0-3 years in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and work with one’s hands.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently.
• Ability to work with hand tools such as drills and hammers.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
