Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role helps oversee workflow, maintain production quality, support team members, and promote a safe, organized workplace. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse or production settings and enjoys leading by example.

• Support daily production and workflow to meet operational goals
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Help ensure materials are properly sorted and handled to reduce contamination
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with training and guiding team members on daily tasks
• Communicate operational updates and issues to supervisors
• Help coordinate schedules and production priorities as needed
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Promote cleanliness and organization throughout the work area
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2–4 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with dust, noise, and equipment
