Operate daily activities of the production line(s) ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.;
Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports hourly.;
Perform physical and visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods.;
Report quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership.;
Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards; maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
