Production Associate 1st Shift Covers

Position Title:

Production Associate – 1st

Position at Latham Pool Products, Inc.

Responsible for the assembly of pool covers and related components. Duties include cutting, cross‑seaming, webbing, stitching, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards.

• Train under skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Operate semi‑automated machines, power tools and hand tools including sewing machines.
• Produce manufacturing components such as heat‑seal welding, kit‑building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing.
• Work collaboratively in a team manufacturing swimming pools and pool components such as thermo‑formed steps and structural foam panels.

• 0‑3 years of experience operating semi‑automated machinery and using hand tools.
• 0‑3 years’ experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read basic English and possess effective communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and independence while working as part of a team.
• Physical capability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8‑12 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
