Train and lead Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging;
Collaborate with plant leadership on continuous improvement projects involving upgrades and problem resolution;
Rapidly identify machine problems to minimize downtime and conduct root cause analysis;
Lead Maintenance Technicians to resolve cross-functional issues;
Create Standard Operating Procedures for troubleshooting and upload them to the BDA system
