Tempur Sealy seeks a dedicated Material Handler to operate a forklift and support mattress production. The role involves moving mattress components, pallets, and supporting line loading activities across the plant.

This position mainly operates a forklift to move mattress components from the receiving trailers to the storage racks and to move pallets of mattress encases from the encase department to the mattress assembly area. The role may also involve pushing or pulling wheeled carts of welded mattress spring units to designated staging areas.

• Continuous sitting while operating forklift.
• Frequent repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs while operating the forklift.
• Occasional mounting and dismounting of the forklift.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and walking to assist the Line Loader.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 50 pounds.
