** Facilities Engineer

We're hiring an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement, optimize operations and support within our growing facility. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with real ownership, if you're a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced ITAD and reverse logistics environment, we want to hear from you.
** What You'll Do
*** Design, document, and optimize workflows, SOPs, and operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across warehouse and ITAD operations.
* Conduct time studies, labor planning, work measurement, and capacity modeling to establish performance standards and maximize resource utilization.
* Analyze facility layouts, material flow, equipment, and space utilization to drive productivity and safety improvements.
* Lead and support facility expansion, redesign, and optimization projects — including workflow design, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
* Evaluate and recommend automation, equipment, and technology enhancements that improve capabilities and scalability.
* Develop cost-benefit analyses, ROI models, and business cases to support capital investment decisions.
* Manage engineering projects end-to-end, delivering on time and in alignment with business objectives.
* Support ITAD, reverse logistics, refurbishment, and device lifecycle operations by developing and improving testing, diagnostics, and data sanitization processes.
* Monitor operational performance, identify issues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Partner with operations leadership to manage SLAs, address customer-related challenges, and improve service delivery.
* Establish and standardize best practices, work methods, and operating procedures for consistent, sustainable execution.
* Promote workplace safety through ergonomic improvements, accident prevention initiatives, and compliance with company policies.
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse, logistics, ITAD, reverse logistics, repair, or refurbishment environment.
* Proficiency in device data sanitization, imaging, provisioning and repair processes.
* Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, workflow analysis, facility planning, capacity planning, labor planning, and productivity optimization.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis, process mapping, work measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience leading moderate-complexity projects and translating data into actionable operational recommendations.
