Quality Assurance Associate Engineer - 1st Shift

Work Flexibility:
Onsite Schedule

Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed by the business.

• Coordinate and support Material Review Board (MRB) activities for damaged and potentially nonconforming products.
• Investigate product quality issues, document findings, and drive timely resolution decisions.
• Inspect returned products and determine appropriate disposition actions.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and 3PL teams to address product quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate quality records, investigations, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze quality trends, metrics, and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem
  - solving methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of quality, operations, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.
• Preferred:
  Experience with product inspections or nonconforming materials preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and compliance standards.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or WMS experience a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Puerto Rico: $17.28 - $25.23 USD Hourly USN: $31.92 - $44.88 USD Hourly US5: $33.52 - $47.13 USD Hourly US10: $35.12 - $49.37 USD Hourly US15: $36.71 - $51.62 USD Hourly US20: $38.31 - $53.86 USD Hourly US30: $41.50 - $58.35 USD Hourly

• Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
• Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
• Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
• Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
