To ensure the company’s objectives are met in loading and unloading freight and providing direct customer service.

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing warehouse duties and assisting customers with loading and unloading their merchandise.
• Record all required data when processing a customer’s pickup or return; verify items and vehicle details; ensure no balance; thank customers appropriately.
• Issue, receive, and store materials, supplies, and equipment according to procedures.
• Maintain open communication with management; follow Visual Merchandiser’s instructions regarding displays; keep lists current.
• Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules and operating regulations; report safety violations; wear required safety equipment; verify dock gates are secured.
• Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property.
• Maintain equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition; keep records and files organized.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by store management, including assisting with customer deliveries outside the store.
• Support any policy, change, system, or work rules the company implements regarding the purpose of this position.

• Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to sit or stand for up to a 10‑hour shift.
