As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. With a passion for helping others, you’ll contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere in the store while building lasting relationships with customers.
Your dedication to providing personalized, knowledgeable assistance ensures that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers
- Execute closing and opening duties as assigned
- Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times
- Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred)
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- PT 12-29 hours weekly
