• Starting pay: $18.00 - $22.00+/hour (based on experience).
• Shift times:
  Monday - Friday.

As a Merchandiser, you'll meet at the office and travel as a team in a company vehicle with company paid gas to the customer location place merchandise in the display areas following set plan‑ograms, ensuring that every square foot of the store is properly set according to plan. You'll also assess customer sales and identify which items are not selling or are discontinued for each particular customer, making recommendations for replacement items that will increase sales and profits for the customer.

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily
• Providing excellent customer service
• Provide merchandising, stocking, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Occasional build/tear down of store shelving.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
• Maintain safe store aisles keeping areas neat and orderly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Occasional overnight travel required. Might be up to a week ly Stipend and Hotel cost.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 6+ months of Merchandising or retail experience.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, self-starter & detail oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent activity – will lift products weighing from 5-25 lbs.; may also lift a case or tote weighing up to 70 lbs.
