Account Manager

Trane Technologies seeks an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships and drive revenue growth in the heating and cooling solutions sector.

• Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an account‑specific business plan to identify long‑term, mutual support requirements that facilitate strong, profitable partnerships.
• Identify customers’ problems and/or needs, create a dynamic action plan, and present solutions.
• Ascertain market opportunities and analyze sales data.
• Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
• Travel daily within the territory, with some overnight travel required.

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in business development or sales (degree not required).
• Successful experience in business development and sales.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.

Annual base salary range: $72,600.00 – $. Position is salary only, incentive eligible.
