Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Document apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Report suspected fraud to AP and store leadership and coordinate with law enforcement;
Provide emergency or critical incident response and assist with incident investigations
