Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following store and property policies, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, stockroom areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces;
Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible presence and documenting security-related concerns;
Monitor customer and employee traffic, support access control practices, and assist with closing procedures and/or after-hours patrol activity as directed by site requirements
