Security Officer Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, operational areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, service requests, and/or security-related concerns;
Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following post orders related to after-hours access, restricted areas, and incident response
