Pay: $20 - $50/Hour (Performance Based + Uncapped Commission)
Top performing techs earn 50+/hour
What YOU will do as a Plumbing Technician:- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Install Plumbing equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all installs are up to code
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Work directly with customers to design options and packages to fit their needs and budget when applicable
- 2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience
- Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience
- Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to work in home and at the table with the customer to help them understand andbuild value on options provided
- Willingness to Work as Part of a Team
