Facilities Maintenance Technician
As a CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be an indispensable part of our team, directly contributing to the seamless daily operations of our manufacturing/production client. You'll ensure a safe, reliable, and meticulously maintained environment, providing the critical foundation for their success. This is an onsite opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday day shift with an on-call rotation, offering stability and a direct connection to the impact of your work.
In this dynamic role, you will apply your expertise across diverse facility systems, mastering troubleshooting, performing essential repairs, and executing proactive preventive maintenance. Your efforts will be key to keeping critical production running without interruption, and you'll play a vital part in delivering the high-quality service and support our client depends on to achieve their operational goals.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Active driver's license required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
