We’re looking for an experienced A-Level Diesel Technician who enjoys solving complex vehicle issues, delivering high-quality repairs, and taking pride in accurate diagnostics and honest service.

What You’ll Do:- Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
- Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
- Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
- Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
- Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment

- Top Pay Structure: $30–$44/hr + Bonus OR Flat Rate with Accelerators up to $8/hr

- Experience: 3+ years as a Diesel Technician or equivalent training
- Certifications: State/local certifications required; ASE preferred
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and shop management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Valid CDL A is preferred
- Own set of up-to-date tools
- Willingness to work toward ASE certifications
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Team-first mindset
- Willingness to mentor other technicians
- Maintain 90%+ labor productivity
- Serve as technical leaders within the shop
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with passengers.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Ability to view a monitor, and use touch screens, mice, and keyboards.
- Ability to climb up/down and over/under work platforms and lifts to access vehicles for repair
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform major and fine motor skill movements using body to perform the necessary actions to complete a repair, service, vehicle inspection, or shop cleaning activity.
- Ability to reach overhead, push, pull, bend over/down, stoop, and other major body movements frequently
- This job operates in an environment with extensive exposure to an automotive repair shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
