In this role, you'll be responsible for safely and reliably transporting guests to and from the hotel, enhancing their stay with exceptional customer service. • Safe and Reliable Transportation:
  Transport guests to and from the hotel safely, including pickups from locations such as the airport or local attractions, and deliver them to the hotel with care and punctuality.
• Exceptional Customer Service:
  Be the first point of contact for guests, greet with a friendly attitude, assist with luggage, and respond to questions or concerns during rides to enhance the guest experience.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the shuttle; keep the vehicle clean and orderly and conduct routine checks.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Perform regular inspections to ensure the shuttle is in good working order and report any issues to management promptly.
• Problem-solving:
  Handle unexpected traffic situations with professionalism.

• Age Requirement:
  Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Motor Vehicle Record:
  Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record; no major violations or accidents.
• Drug Testing:
  Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

  Basic knowledge of routes and local area with ability to navigate effectively and provide timely transportation.
