Manage and oversee all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management;
Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments;
Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations;
Manage and mentor a team of freight forwarders, providing training and support as needed;
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure shipping needs are met and provide shipment status updates
