Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Plainfield, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and transport materials throughout a warehouse or distribution center. This role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or electric pallet jack equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers.
• Transport materials to designated storage, staging, and shipping areas.
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Verify product counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and replenishment activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

• Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
