Material Handling Forklift Operator – 1st Shift at Siemens Healthineers, located in Plainfield, IN. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment and managing inbound and outbound warehouse logistics to support efficient product flow within the distribution center.

• Operate powered industrial equipment including Stand Up Reach Lift, Dock Stocker, Walkie Rider, and Order Picker.
• Unload and load trucks, break down shipments, pack shipments, and receive product into various rack and floor positions.
• Use a portable RF scanner to complete tasks in the system.
• Use a computer to move product in an automated storage and retrieval system.
• Complete case picking, pallet picking, and replenishments.
• Assist other departments (Picking and Shipping) when needed.
• Maintain appropriate productivity, quality, and attendance.

• Good work ethic, punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and passionate about product quality.
• Capable of working in a refrigerated environment (35‑46°F) for up to 10 hours per day if needed.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Basic math, reading, computer skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and responsiveness to supervisors and managers.
• Competence with frequency devices, voice pick equipment, handheld scanners, and other power equipment.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Base pay range: $37,020 – $50,897 per year. Pay may vary by geography, experience, education, and other qualifications.
