- Overtime pay starting at 40 hours worked per week.
- $50 sleeper per diem for each night spent OTR.

- Drive company trucks to destinations to deliver, unload, and load commercial truck tires and other freight.
- Knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations.
- Proper methods of loading and unloading for the various cargoes.
- Report to logistics at the specified time and maintain contact as required.
- Complete driver daily logs, delivery tickets, trip reports, damage reports, and other required paperwork.
- Follow company guidelines regarding acceptable conduct with customers, employees, and the public.
- Comply with all company safety and performance standards.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to customers, the public, and the trucking industry.
- Maintain records for compliance with state and federal regulations, including driver logs, fuel purchase records, mileage records, etc.
- Follow and comply with the company’s Code of Conduct program.
- Report all accidents immediately to the manager, regardless of damage.
- Maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards.
- Maintain company attendance standards.
- Perform duties within the distribution center when not on a scheduled delivery route, including loading, unloading, pulling orders, cleaning, etc.
- Keep truck and trailer clean and orderly at all times to ensure positive brand representation.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Availability to work variable shifts as dictated by business needs. Typical shift is Monday–Friday with a start time of 6 a.m.; the schedule may include work on Saturdays and Sundays and departures at any point during the week. Training is potentially in Oklahoma City.
Experience and Qualifications- 1–2 years of verifiable over‑the‑road driving experience or 1 year from an accredited driving school plus 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience.
- Knowledge of all applicable DOT and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Must meet physical qualification and obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate under 49 CFR, Section 391.43‑49.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and meet the qualifications in 49 CFR Section 391.11(b)(1).
All offers of employment may be conditioned upon receipt of a background check report and/or drug screen that is acceptable to Love’s.
Document Requirements- Commercial Driver’s License with required endorsements and state requirements carried in the truck cab while in service.
- Ability to work any shift on any day(s), including layovers.
- Ability to hook, unhook, and back up trailers when required.
- Ability to drive for up to 11 hours and work a total of 14 hours, while seated for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 120 lbs.
- Must be able to read and speak English, in accordance with 49 CFR Section 391.11(b)(2).
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, and climb as necessary to perform vehicle inspections required by federal regulations.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing, vision, and smell.
- Subject to cold and hot temperatures.
