Stand Up Forklift Operator

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: STAND UP FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN PLAINFIELD, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for operating both a Reach Truck and an Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory movement, picking, and staging of materials.

• Up to $17.25/hour, paid weekly
• 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday
• Located in Plainfield, IN

• Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently
• Pull, stage, and load materials for outbound shipments
• Accurately pick and scan products using RF scanners
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues as needed
• Assist in other general warehouse duties as assigned

• Must have forklift experience, specifically with counterbalance equipment
• Experience operating an RF scanner
• Ability to work in and out of cooler and freezer environments
  Cooler: 35°F–45°F, Freezer: 4°F
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating both types of forklifts
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
