Role Summary

• Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld RF device; scan products and licenses; follow packing requirements precisely; perform weight checks for accuracy; consolidate orders by license plate; print and include packing lists and ship labels with shipments.
• Comply with FDA and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure that training identified in the individual training plan (ITP) is current and complete.
• Identify and pursue improvements in productivity, compliance, and data accuracy.

• Required:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Required:
  
  1-3 years of warehouse experience
• Required:
  
  Experience operating pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks
• Required:
  
  Flexibility to be cross-trained for multiple assignments and willingness to work overtime with little notice
• Required:
  
  Reliable with good attendance history

• Experience with electronic warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Exacta, Worldlink) and RF scanners
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• High productivity and ability to complete basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Self-starter with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in a portion of the workday in a chilled environment (36-46F)
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs required
