- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents.
- Ensure safe loading/off-loading of pallets to prevent damage.
- Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations.
- Assist in other warehouse roles as needed, acting as backup during absences or vacations.
- 1 year of relevant experience required (in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED).
- Experience with multiple types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
- Experience in operating MHE and using an RF scanner.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General distribution knowledge.
- Proficiency in using a PC.
- Strong initiative and drive for results.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks as outlined, with or without accommodation.
- Normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and sufficient hearing to safely operate MHE in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
