Bilingual Inventory & Quality Lead

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Bilingual Warehouse Quality Control Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, verifying labeling, and maintaining strong communication with team members and leadership. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, reliable, and capable of working independently when needed.

• Perform quality control checks on all completed loads to ensure accuracy and proper labeling
• Verify product quantities and communicate discrepancies to the inventory team and leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory shortages or missing products
• Utilize RF scanners for order tracking and inventory management
• Pick, pack, and stage orders as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, and sit‑down forklifts
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and inventory control
• Communicate clearly with team members, providing direction and follow‑up when necessary
• Report any non‑compliance issues to the area supervisor
• Work independently during low order volume periods and assist with all aspects of fulfillment
• Cross‑train in fulfillment operations to provide support across departments

• Bilingual (required)
• Experience operating reach trucks, order pickers, and sit‑down forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Fast‑paced warehouse environment requiring standing, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift.
